He and Sonnet 43

Some stories don't have a beginning or an end and life is about not knowing. The not knowing is sometimes what keeps us whole. The rush, the feeling of thought entering the mind. Taking one moment and making the very best of it without knowing what was to happen next. That is the beauty of it. Knowing you weren’t present but you were still with me. Some stories don't have a beginning or an end they just always are. I love thee with delicious ambiguity and when I feel you far from me and the day light breaks my sleep- When I’m forced to embrace another day without your voice and without you, I think of her and how she was with him, and they were together-

Even when I am somewhere I am what is missing, I move fast and I have faith that it will keep me whole; as whole as I can be without you.

No sky will ever be as profound as the depths of your look, no wind will ever caress my skin as your breath does, and nothing will ever have a sweeter taste than your kiss. Oceans, seas, continents may part us now, but soon, very soon, there will be nothing between our souls but our skins. At last, we'll be able to be- unbounded, my sweet love. I long to hold your hand again- I want to share my life with you and to give you my heart until the end of time no distance; nothing will ever be able to part our hands and hearts.

My Sweet Love,

Hitch a ride on a dragonfly. Across the water, winds and skies, till our love brings you to my door. There we’ll rest and be restored. Come, rest your weary bones. Sit back and make yourself at home. We'll share cup of coffee or tea, and speak of magic and mystery. My sweet love, I miss you dear. Please find your way to come back here. My broken heart beats so slow; you leaving has hurt me so. With your return I'll be renewed. I hope to kiss your lips soon. My soul’s exile has come. Come back to me, because we belong. My wounded heart holds your sword I long to rest and be restored. I miss your touch I miss your voice. It’s effortless without a choice. Come here at once and rescue me, and read me sonnet 43.

I love you, and I will love you forever and no other.

Happy Monday, A little late. . .

My weekend started on Wednesday night with the highly awaited Pearl Jam Concert which I think was great. Kings of Leon a quartet of siblings from Tennessee, kicked off the night with their progressive Southern-rock tunes, including Crawl, Fans, Molly's Chambers, On Call and Charmer and they rocked (Thank You Marianne from Texas, for telling all about K.O.L and taking the time to send me their CD’s)

Pearl Jam chose a semi-obscure song selection Wednesday night at a sold-out Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach. Fans cheered predictably song after song but were left grumbling and empty when hits like: Jeremy, Black, Daughter and Elderly Women behind the Counter where passed. Only the passionate fans left thrilled. The rest left questioning their puzzling song selection.

Friday I was definitely In Love with “The Cure" especially with Robert Smith* at the Bank Atlantic Center. It was simply phenomenal. Yes, they played the classics. They also plugged some of their new stuff which is pretty cool. That was by far one of the most amazing concerts I have ever attended, and I have gone to many.

So many different people are a part of this universe that we occupy. As The Cure played on I sat in awe of the eyeliner wearing teens, the alcohol drinking middle agers-and the rest of us. The world is vast I thought- As they magnificently sang Pictures of You and I remembered how much I use to listen to that song when I was in 10th grade (yes you read right 10th grade) and I wondered…

“If only I had thought of the right words I could have held on to your heart if only I'd thought ofthe right words I wouldn't be breaking apart all my pictures of you”.

Words - so innocent and powerless as they are, as standing in a dictionary, how potent for good and evil they become in the hands of one who knows how to combine them.
-Nathaniel Hawthorne

I love words.
